Pre-Arrival
To make the most of your spa experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened so that the technician will be on time for the next session.

Preparing for your Treatment
For men, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin. For ladies, no preparation is necessary.

Cancellations
In consideration of other spa guests, as your treatment requires that facilities be reserved, we request a minimum of 3 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. “No shows” or cancellations made within less than 3 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

What to Wear
Robes and slippers are provided in your treatment room.

Spa Policy
We respectfully ask that you leave cell phones turned off so that the tranquility of the spa experience may be preserved. Please leave all valuables at home or deposited in your Resort room safe, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the spa.
Health Considerations
We kindly request that at the time of your reservation; please inform our spa Receptionist if you have any health concerns, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or skin conditions. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or directly after treatment is not recommended. Please do not use the spa if you have open wounds or if you are pregnant.
