Policy

Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card (The card details was for booking secured only). A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

Group Bookings: For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, please contact our reservations team directly.

Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds are available for cancellations or modifications.

Group Bookings: Group bookings require a 30-day cancellation notice to avoid charges.

Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM.

Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional or free of charges. Please contact the front desk to arrange.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash payments (KH Riels and US Dollar only).

Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in.

Taxes and Fees: Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Children Policy: Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Extra Beds: Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Non-Smoking: Our hotel is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee will be charged 50.00 USD for violations.

Parking: On-site parking is available for guests.

Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of your reservation and stay.

Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and to comply with hotel policies and procedures. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the property. Charges will be applied for any damages or missing items.

Emergency Procedures: Please familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures outlined in your room.
Health Guidelines: Follow all health and safety guidelines as provided by the hotel and local authorities.
