Henri Mouhot, an early French naturalist and explorer in the 19th Century embarked on a journey through Southeast Asia in pursuit of undiscovered nature and its creatures. He took an adventure through unknown places, with a motive, but not a schedule. During his wandering, he is known to have followed a butterfly, which guided him to “wander” upon the remains of the great Angkor temples. He thereafter became known as the explorer who “rediscovered Angkor”, as he made the archeological wonder known to the Western world. He began his journey to find what he expected to find, but discovered something so much bigger.

Like Henri did, we want to invite you to wander – perhaps with a purpose, but not with a schedule or agenda. Wander. Take your time. Take an adventure within yourself and enjoy the freedom you can give to yourself. You never know what you will “rediscover”.

The luxurious Junior Suites feature a sumptuous master bedroom, open-plan living area, natural materials, oval soaking bathtubs, rain showers, double vanity, curated art collections, and ancient pottery reproductions.

Our Deluxe Balcony rooms offer a safe and relaxing environment for business travelers and globe-trotters, featuring an indoor bay window for organic tea or cocktails, and a white island bathtub with slide doors.

Deluxe King Room

Room design begins before you enter. A white arch with locally crafted tiles leads to the deluxe room. Earthy wooden floors and a spacious rattan closet create a sense of calm and harmony. The large bay window floods the room with natural light, and the white marble bathroom features an oval bathtub, separate rain shower, and toilet.

Deluxe Twin Room
